About the Role

TCWA’s newest workshop - Phil's Recon Shop is looking for an experienced Panel Beater & Prepper to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about quality workmanship, take’s pride in their attention to detail, and enjoys working in a professional workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair damaged vehicle panels by removing dents, wrinkles, and deep scratches using specialist panel beating tools and equipment.

  • 2–5 years' experience in a smash repair or collision repair workshop.
  • Strong knowledge of panel beating body filler application, sanding techniques, guide coats, and primer preparation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify even the smallest imperfections.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work.
  • A reliable, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
